Judith is a certified professional coach with experience in facilitating groups and workshops and in partnering one-on-one with individuals.
She guides and supports people to find meaningful ways to adapt to change and transition. Her coaching opens new possibilities for building healthy relationships; defining job, career and business goals; and reducing unnecessary suffering.
Additionally, clients learn skills and techniques that reduce anxiety, encourage focus, and train the mind to shift from intrusive thoughts and self-defeating stories.

Judith received her professional coaching certification from Howard Community College.
She has a graduate certification in transformative leadership from the Maryland University of Integrative Health.
Judith has a master of science (MS) degree from Texas A & M University and undergraduate degree from State University of New York at Buffalo.
Judith has CEU’s from both the International Coach Federation Maryland Chapter in positive psychology, conflict management, and business development and the State Board of Nursing in stress management, pain assessment, brain health, meditation, and integrative mental health.
She received competent communicator certification from Toastmasters International.
